The Company's management is exercised by a Board of Directors and an Executive Board.

 

The Board of Directors is composed of three (03) members and 03 (three) respective alternates, all shareholders, elected and dismissed by the General Meeting for a term of 3 (three) years, with reelection permitted.

 

The Board is composed of at least three (03) members, being elected and removed at any time by the Board of Directors, with a term of 3 (three) years, and also the re-election.

 

The Supervisory Board does not have permanent operation and will be installed at the request of shareholders, composed of three (03) members and 03 (three) respective alternates, shareholders or not. Currently the Supervisory Board is not installed.
